My CMVS acts strange: I'm from Europe so the CMVS is standard RGB. My tv is a Sony Trinitron Wega 82cm CRT, and it has one rgb socket (rest are plane SCART)

This is the problem: while i am playing, the tv seems to be almost constantly detecting the RGB socket. The result is that the VIDEO signal is constantly flickering and the image is shaking when it detects. I didn't have the problem with my old tv.

It seems like i's worse with some games. For example: with fighting games, it often happens when the camera is zooming or you do super moves. Rest of the time it's not to bad. But with Metal slug, man the signal keeps on shaking through the screen.

I know it's something most people never heard of, but i always have these weird things. I hope someone knows what to do, cause playing like this sucks balls. If it's needed, i can make a little video of it perhaps on monday, and put show it here.

I hope that someone know where the problem is located.

Hello,

I just posted a resolution on my other thread.

I am pretty sure that the problem lie with the TV, i connected a new LCD screen to my AES system today and all the problem went away.

IF you have the chance to try with some other screens i am sure you will find one that manages to sync with the signal from the AES.

/Regards
