Borked Marquee LEDs on 4 Slot Red

Just picked up my first MVS cabinet, and while it's in great shape, the marquee LEDs don't light up. Not the end of the world, but I'd like to fix if possible. Is this a common problem, or does anyone have any ideas? Cables all seem snugly connected.

Unfortunantly, I don't have a multimeter anymore, so anything simple would be helpful.

Yes,this a common problem..they go dead after awhile....
