<a href="http://homepage3.nifty.com/avant-hier/mv1b/mv1bstereo.html" target="_blank">http://homepage3.nifty.com/avant-hier/mv1b/mv1bstereo.html</a>

If someone does this, I am more than happy to provide a section on hardMVS to host it.

Damn. Almost forgot about this thread.

High res pics of the top and bottom of the pcb:

Since I am not 100% sure what I am looking for, I thought I would post some pics for some of the other tech forum members to take a look at and analyze.

shit. looks like, there were two different 1b boards. have a look at that one and compare it to the high res pic, that you posted.

the english page says, that you'd have to use R90 to R92, but i didn't find them on your pics. different layout. frown

I suppose that the 1b and 1c aren't all that similar then. Bummer.

I think they're similar instead. The corresponding resistors may be numbered differently, of course. you need to carefully examine the MV-1B, see where each trace go (from the resistors) and then compare it with the MV-1C. It's something you do with a tester, not by looking at pics.

BTW, have you noticed that the MV-1C has a voltage regulator in the amp area like multi-slots? Perhaps it's possible to run the board with +5v only...
