New to the forum, quick question about power supply

If I have a Japan AES system and a power supply that reads "AC100V
50/60hz 38VA DC5V 3A" will that work on the USA home power or do I
need to buy a diffrent power supply?

I had a similar question until I found a thread on these forums that answered it here: http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=88180. As far as I know, region does not matter; however, the revision of the AES as explained in the above thread does. Hope this helps.

Ah thanks, I went for it and it seems to be workin ok. Sometimes the screen shifts when I play SS3 but the cart is wacky so...
