scart rgb

i recently bought a neo cd console, with it came a scart lead with two wires connected to the scart plug which have plugs audio and video yellow and red on the wires what i want to know is if i use it on a aes system (jap) will it use scart rgb?

I'm not really understanding your question. But yes, you can use the scart cable on an AES. If there is stereo cables that come with it, keep in mind the aes system is only mono.

so if i plug the scart cable intio the rgb scart on the tv it will output rgb scart image

the cable you got there is an AV cable, not RGB. it's just a scart adapter for the cables, but doesn't do RGB.

Yes, you can get a RGB 21-pin scart cable for the Neo Geo CD, I have one and works perfect I guess it's the same for the AES. You don't need to buy the official one, a generic one that fits in the socket of your Neo will do. You could take your Neo to any electronics/TV store and show it.
