I feel a little dumb for posting this, but I'm not an electronics wizard, so give me some slack.
I bought a pre-modded AES awhile back with the Unibios v2.0. I've been thinking about upgrading it, but I'm stumped at step one!
I want to check to see if I have a socketed Bios chip, or the other kind (soldered?). The trouble is, I can't seem to get the shell off the console! I took the two screws out of the bottom, but the left side of the console is still stuck tight. I'm afraid I might break it if I pull too hard. Is there some trick to getting it off?
(this is my 1,000th post. yay.)
