Obviously a conversion, compared to the original release the colors on the insert are to dark and most significant: the manual from the CD version.

It could be but, hey when a seller who is obviously in selling high value carts, sells a MS2 with a CD manual, this IMO really stinks.

most likey yes. The manual is from the Neo Geo cd version. Very dodgy as Richer pointed out.
