CPS2 Japanese A Board

The board works fine except for the fact that there a lines in the background. They aren't to noticable on games like Xmen Vs Street Fighter of Street Fighter Alpha. I believe it should be fixable but I am not sure what is causing it. I am asking for $21 shipped OBO.

you just need to either clean the jamma connector, or make sure the a and b boards are making good contact. those lines should go away.
