censorship on aes

i am getting a neo geo aes usa model serial#211278
and i have samurai shodown 2 jap. the question is how do i enable reb blood and unlock the censorship?
also was this model made by snk cause i heard that the newer aes were not made by snk. help help

Well, before I got a debug bios what I used to do is when game starts, go to options and change region to JAPAN and then exit to main menu. Then go back and change it to USA and you should get blood in your game now. Not sure if it was Totally uncensored but for blood I used to do that.
