Candy Cab life span

or more specifically how long do the monitors last? My monitor is super awesome but how long till I will have to replace it? Is it easy to replace a monitor on one of these candies? I only ask cuase you always read about U.S. and Japenese cab incompatibility

If it is on only a couple hours a day, you should have another 30-35 years with the monitor. Its hard to say in the future if monitors will be available, since techonolgy is fastly changing and growing. Take a look around an old arcade, and you will see that even the very first arcade game ever made way back in 1972 is still going.

Proper maintence also helps. cleaning the tube, and removing derbits of dust from the chasis will help also.

but if you keep it serviced and clean you and your neo should have a long life together.
