Modded Nintendo GameCube with a bunch of games

I got a modded Nintendo GameCube as part of a trade I was doing. It comes with 28 games, a controller and power supply. Also has a memory card and video cable. I'm pretty sure I can fit everything into a flat rate shipping box for $8.95 shipping via Priority.

what mod was done, and a list of games would be nice

28 gcn games and a system with controller and psu into a flat rate box? are these burned games? 28 gcn cases just seems like it wouldn't leave any room in a flat rate box for anything....or even fit by itself.

I don't know how the system alone would fit in a flat rate box. They're not very thick.

It has a Viper chip. I don't know that much about it. I just got it all as part of a trade. Here is a list of the games:
