I bought Last Blade 2 from ELC and I just opened it up. The pcb says SNK and the chips are toshiba but the pcb also says 1994 on it. I thought Last Blade 2 came out in 1998. Did SNK recycle boards or something? The label is also a legit one.

You will see this all the time. It's not a recycled board. The marked year probably reflects the year the PCB design is from and/or when the board was manufactured (before adding the ROM chips).
