Any of you more tech savy guys thought about tacklingthe idea of consolizing a Hyper Neo Geo 64. I guess the hardest part would be controller ports though maybe butchering broken MVS would make that easy(there are plenty out there I'm sure)

the cartridges are not made for easy access in and out of the board. Hence, consolizing the system would mean remaking the carts.

Why?

In my mind consolizing has just meant it had the ability to hook up to your TV and have sticks coming out of it without a super gun.

Doable but OH SO BITCHY!

The enclosure I've got for my supergun would work if I ordered a slightly larger one, but even still it'd be a bitch. As for consolizing the board itself you're talking about something that's WAY impractical. Best way to do it would be to build something around it and have easy access to put the carts in. It could be done but I think the Hyper is one of those things where it's better left being put on top of a SuperNova or something.

Cool Pocketman,

Looks good, even with the fuzzy pictures. Has anyone figured out how to add a pause feature to the Hyper 64 yet? What does the 4 dipswitches do underneath the motherboard?

Exactly,

There should be a way to add a pause feature :annoyed: . I tried those dip switches underneath & they don't do shit :very_ang: . Oh well, hopefully someone will figure it out, but I thinking that alot of people don't really care for the Hyper 64 system :oh_no: .
