I recently am responsible for some arcade machines. Two of them are 4-slot neo-geo's. But on one of the monitors is out. There is sound and the number lights on the button board are also on and it still accepts credits, but the monitor is blank. I have taken a look at the monitors and wires and they all seem to be connected but nothing I do seems to make it work.
Dose anyone know how to fix this problem?

There could be tons of things wrong with it. You should read a primer on arcade monitors before you get started since there are things in there that can kill you if you do it wrong. The easiest thing to try is since you have two systems you can swap the neogeos and see if the same thing happens. If the monitor is still out, then there's something wrong with the monitor.

If your lucky it may just be a fuse on the monitor.

To confirm if the monitor is actually powereing up, look in the neck of the CRT, if the monitor is running you will see the heaters glowing orange/red.

First of all unplug the machine, check to make sure the wires on the isolation transformer are on tight... I've seen this a lot where the machine gets moved and something loose in the bottom knocks one of those wires off. If thats ok unplug the two prong connector coming from the isolation transformer to the monitor. check with a Volt meter to make sure your monitors getting power usually around 118v AC. If that checks good check your fuse on the monitor board. If its blown then chances are you have other problems.... you can try putting in a new fuse and powering it up to see what happens. If it blows again there are about 7 different things that could be wrong with it.
