Neo-Geo homebrew, etc info?

There used to be a site out there somewhere with a lot of info on the Neo, specifically relating to homebrew development. It had all kinds of things on it, like some dev libraries, documents detailing the memory layout, graphics control, etc... unfortunately, I can't seem to find it anywhere. Google turns up nothing. Anyone here know of a site(s) like this?

I found that one on Google, but there was another that seems to have disappeared (and no, I'm not talking about the site which hosts Frog Feast).
