Atomiswave problem.. random setup menu..!!??

Hi.. I try to explain this singolar problem...

I caonnect power and video to my Atomiswave ( only +5-+12-gnd -RGB)and all goes right... but after a few seconds I have turned power on Atomy it goes into test menu as I would have touch test button (no present.. so no false contact..)....

I ceck many times the connections but all is ok... I don't know wath could be.. even because this phenomeno seams to be random .... and when test menu screan is displayed the selection cursor sometimes goes up an down from the menu choises....??? I have a possessed Atom...

what game do you have in the console when it does this?

Make sure both dipswitches are all the way off -- one is for test mode (I dunno which, offhand). If one is partway on, it may intermittently causing it to enter test mode.

I ceck both the dips..

number 2 is for test mode... I know... but are all off...


I noticed that the board is revision2 ( the one with the added chip )... the chip has a blue cable that goes to the dip switch of test menu... could be the chip itself that cause this random problem...

Wath happens if I desolder the chip...!!! ???I return to the first atomiswave version... wath do this chip...??
