I have a US Saturn with an Action replay 4M+ that allows you to play imports and domestic games. I also have import games as well, such as:

Street Fighter Collection (complete)
Vampire Savior (4M RAM cart version, no manual or RAM cart)

Daytona USA (disc only)
Nights (disc only)
VR Soccer (disc only)

Also, the Saturn comes with a foam lined, hard shell plastic briefcase that holds the system, hookups, and two controllers. It's very cool. I also have S-Video cables as well as regulat A/V cables for the system.
