You need to have your NEO modded to access Dip settings. Ask Jeff Kurtz on the rech help board, or if you are feeling lucky, you can get a debug BIOS here from the neostore.
With a straight-up, vanilla system, you aren't going to get more than 4 credits. With the Debug you can set it to access all kinds of things. Its like a gameshark, but not shitty. It'll almost never crash your game. Almost.

Why would you want to cheat anyway, a true gamer should master his/her skills, soon enough you will take MS3, just try hard, beating it with infinite credits isn't true gaming skill

I know that. But it's jsut frustrating starting all over.

I like beating it once. then mastering it to the fullest.
