Seibu SPI boards - monitor issues

I had a quick question about Seibu Kaihatsu SPI boards. Whenever I power up my Viper Phase 1, Raiden Fighters, or Raiden Fighters 2 PCBs, the monitor in my cab has a shakey picture for about 2 minutes and then it's fine. It shakes up and down rapidly (really left to right, but the monitor is tated) and looks like a vertical sync issue. No other boards I have do this. Do these boards sync at an odd frequency that would cause this?

Yes they do have an unusual vert refresh rate of 54 Hz, adjust the vert hold on the monitor. You should be able to compromise between those boards and the others (60 Hz is most common)
