I haven't played this game in the longest while, but I think you have to block his fireball low.
If you're using Terry, you can normally win first round by doing continuous Burn Knuckles. But it won't work in the second round...

Properly timed jump kicks. Get close to Geese and wait for him to throw a Reppuken. Right after he throws it jump over it and kick him in the head, but watch your timing. Too soon and you'll land in the Reppuken, too late and Geese will grab you out of the jump and toss your ass.

How to defeat Geese:
1. Pick Joe Higashi
2. Perform a Slash Kick just as the round starts
3. Continue to perform Slash Kick just as Geese gets up
4. Win
BTW, I believe this also works for Andy using his Quicksilver Slash elbow charge.

Fucking Geese though, the first ever western boss in a 2D fighter! His FFS background with the american flags kicks ass man. Awesome atmosphere. One of the most powerful theme tunes ever IMO also.
I think it's awesome how they introduced his son in MOTW, and how he shared the same fatherly fate as Terry. Good storylines man, damn good shit. I remember when I downloaded the ROM for MOTW, I didn't even know it was a Fatal Fury game until I watched the intro. I nearly pissed my pants.
