No fatalities vs cpu in samurai showndown!!

I noticed you can never chop the cpu oponent in half when you deliver the final blow in both the neo cd and playstation versions of samurai showndown 1 & 2. I even moded my neo cd but still get this. Has anybody else noticed this?

If you had your NeoCD modded to be able to switch to the Japanese language/game, there's no reason I can think of why this wouldn't be possible.

You're playing it in the Japanese language, correct? Are you getting the red blood, or white?

Also, at least for the home cart version, in Samurai Shodown 2 you could go into the options, change the language setting to Japanese, get out of the screen, go back into the options, and change the language back to English, and then you would be playing the fully uncensored version of the game, and in English (even on an unmodded system)! <IMG SRC="smilies/biggrin.gif" border="0">

On the neo cd version playing with japanese language did give you red blood but still no fatalities,there is a code though where you go to options and once there push all 4 buttons at once over exit and the fatalities will appear the next time you start the game,or do as real bout maniac said <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

The USA version has parental advisory and
the violence is locked...Try swithchin` to
JApanese.

I am playing the game in japanese mode, I got the mod switch on my neo cd unit on japanese. I can slice my opponent in half in the versus mode and can get red blood but none of this happens in the arcade mode.

I have a NeoCDZ and an american SS2 cd. I still to this day can NOT get the blood code to work.

It works with my Neo cart system and MVS system though.
