Random guides/ promo stuff for sale

Time to clean out some stuff, shipping is extra, though I only charge actual prices, so hopefully it won't be a problem to anybody. Anyway, all of these guides are brand new, though they have been sitting in a box for a year or so, so one or two of them may have a knick on the back cover or something really small like that.
