Have a problem with a UK Forum Member who had been paid for items last month.
Having received very little communication and No item , Paypal now advised.
:oh_no:

They have the usual 7 days to provide a resolution to this issue.

If no resolution I will then make available the full details to the forum members,
to protect any future scamming.;)

All I can say at this stage is the member needs to either a) ship the item
or b) provide a paypal refund.


Enough said.!!

Not sorted , No correspondence received and no correspondence to Paypal - looks like this one is going down to the wire.
It is a real shame that you get the odd Rip off Merchant every now and then Whatever the Paypal outcome I look forward in earnest to resolving this one personally.

Not too bothered at all :) If the Paypal refund comes then great, if not , well, you win some loose some

Just need to prevent this one having any further dealings with the Forum Members to be Honest.:)

Sorry to hear about that pal...

But Paypal are fuckin useless.... they be trying to recover $225 usd of mine.. without success for a month....

I'm afraid sometimes It's like the can't get blood out of a stone scenario.

Hope you get your shit sorted, thats a lot more cash than my transaction - best part about mine is its kinda local and the work I get involved with I need to Travel around so calling by one day isn't an issue.

Honest I don't give a tozz about the money I have lost , It is the principal, and the blatent bullshit at the start of all this.

I will wait for further till Paypal do even less.:)

I have emailed the guy and advised him to resolve, at the end of the day he has a choice.

I look forward to a resolution with this.
