Special Avatar and Rank to Thieves?

I have a suggestion, feel free to add to or ignore.

I realize it is not a good idea to ban members that have ripped off other members because then they are not able to post/take care of the issue(s) at hand.

However, is it possible to create an Avatar/Rank for members that have been proven to be thieves? The Avatar/Rank should reallly stand out, so that when they post (especially in a selling thread) other members will notice it. I have read many times where people missed the feedback thread about a member or thought that a member had cleared up all issues.

This proof could be as simple as posting the PayPal claim or documented posts/PM's listing out the theft. A Mod could make the decision of whether or not the member should get the Thief Rank or not.

Right now, there are multiple threads in the feedback section dedicated to members that are accused of stealing from other members. A thief rank might alert others to be cautious when dealing with that member. It might also encourage the member accused of theft to correct the situation.

There are also six stickies that I have no idea if they are still current or not.

Yes, this is the most recent member I was thinking of. I know that Rot just got a PayPal claim in his favor but since there is no money in SirRuizJr's account, that doesn't really help him.

I never understood why Herm catches so much shit. I wasn't really around in '05 so idk. I can't recall anything half as bad as some of these cock holsters around here. Especially our thread author. "omgz yur not teh popularz!!21213$###2" Kinda works out that way when you're not an attention whore. I sleep pretty well at night despite not being the prom king of an internet forum.
