Fair price for Consolized MVS 2-slot and 4-slot

Hello, everybody.

I already have a Consolized MV-1B, but I am considering getting either a consolized 2-slot or a consolized 4-slot. I was wondering what would be a fair price for either. I don't want to spend more than its worth.

Are you getting them just for collecting because I know you already have a Supergun?

For a 2 slot depending on what it has to offer I would say no more than $450.

I built a 2 slot with Unibios 2.2, Neobitz V2 with gold jacks, stereo jacks, no jamma edge soldering and a few shocks, sold it for $350.

I've seen 2 slots go for between $250-400 here.

As far as 4 slots I am not sure, havent seen too many for sale.

But honestly consolizing a 2 slot is WAYYYYY easier than consolizing a MV1C and putting it into a case. My 1 slots usually take me about 2-3 weeks for the build where the 2 slot only took me only about 2 days really.

So I would sugest building a 2 slot unless you can find one with component out for $200.

Ha! Xian Xi, you have me figured out. Yes, I guess if I got one it would be for collecting. I don't need either, since I already have a supergun, a CMVS-1, a 1 -slot cab, and a 4-slot cab.

Anyway, I was looking at these two on ebay:

I never liked the first one because of the color difference between the sticker and the board cover and the stickers that Jago used but the 4 slot was built by Loopyeddie and is a collectors item to CMVS owners. If I remember correctly it originall sold for $700, I could be wrong. It is a sweet CMVS though. If you can get it for cheap I'd get it just for showmanship alone.

Who is Loopyeddie? Why would his stuff be a collector's item over somebody else's?

James it was the ST proto at $700 and the day you see that for sale
$500 was my max offer on the 4 - slot and I didn't get it, I was out bid.

I had to borrow money to make the short fall plus more for shipping costs,
somewhere around $550 for the system I believe and knocked out a deal with Dub.

I'm good with the bids on these 2 as is...
The mod work isn't the cleanest on the 2 - slot and there are
chips to the paint work on the 4 (some mine, some not)

Nothing fatal... But Eddie's CMVS is strictly serious neo business and
not some half ass mod job, it radiates skill and effort.

But I would say pick up those kits and carts that are ending today first...
That 2-slot will end today.

EDIT: Gaz Rogers (NITD Garry) has 12 neo mobos he will be eBaying soon.
Two working 2 - slots coming up if you take Xian's sound advice and want to have
a go at modding yourself.
