Well folks,
It has come to this. I was seriously trying to avoid taking it this far but I see no other way.
I recently bought a Super Dodge Ball Kit from forum member djdelly
http://www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=168794
I sent payment on July 31, 2007 it was received on Aug 3, 2007. I sent the M.O. Certified Mail so I can have a record of it.
I got a PM saying that the M.O. was received and that the kit would be sent out early the following week. I did not hear from him again until Aug 10th a week had passed and no kit. In between that time I sent 3 PM two of which got no response.
The PM I received on Aug 10th stated that he had problems with his computer and was unable to ship anything to any one as he did not have the addresses available. But would be shipped out in the coming days. Let me mention that I sent a M.O. so I enclosed my address with it as well on a separate piece of paper along with the M.O.
Then I waited some more still no responses or SDB kit. So, then I got his number from the White Pages and decided to give him a call, that was on Aug 15 I did not actually speak to some one until Aug 16. I got a PM the next day saying that it was shipped but was given no tracking number or method of shipping. I PM him back asking for the tracking info, no response.
So on Aug 21 I call again and still get no tracking number. Yeah, I called twice because I was not able to speak to djdelly personally the first time. Then the next day I get a PM saying not to call any more that was the 22nd of Aug. It is now Aug 26 and still no kit, no response.
I have records of all the calls I made and the PMs exchanged, I have decided to post the M.O. receipt and Certified Mail slip just to prove I did send the payment. Now, I may have been wrong for calling but I would not have done so if the communication did not fall off, I just wanted my kit. Mind you he was logging in to the Forums the whole time not every day but, he could have dropped me a line about the kit. If he needed or needs time that's fine with me just let me know.
I am not accusing him of being a scammer and if this is resolved I will still leave positive feedback I have not posted his name, address or phone number because I really would like to see this resolved. I would rather have the kit but a refund would not be refused.
