Problem with seller EMAGDNIM

Long story short:

Bought a complete Wii system, showed up a month later missing the controller, EMAGDNIM (Matthew) apologized and claimed he would send it out ASAP... and I never heard from him again.

Anyone know this guy or can get in touch with him? Or do I just suck it up, make a Paypal claim, and leave negative feedback?

Sorry to hear about this. Considering the guy has not logged in, in about a month, I would consider starting a PayPal Claim since you didn't get what you paid for.

IMO if you were able to get a hold of him, I would ask for a PayPal refund for the value of the missing item(s). This guy took a month to send you the system and when he did, it was not complete. He then lied about sending out the missing item(s) asap, again wasting your time.

As a buyer, you have had your time wasted enough and the guy just needs to PayPal you the value of the missing item(s). This will allow you the ablility to just go out and pick it up.

I would also really check out the system to make sure it is working 100%. If you need to borrow a controller until you get this sorted, I have an extra.

Well, since this thread is here, may as well...

A little over a year ago, EMAGDNIM was selling a PS2 here. I PM'ed him saying that I was very interested in buying it, and he agreed to sell it to me. However, he disappeared from the forums without giving me his contact info for payment.

So a few days later, I decided to search him out over the net. That's when I found out that he had sold the PS2 to someone else on a different forum. He didn't log into NG for a few months afterwards. I wouldn't have really minded it so much if he had at least told me what was going on.

Since I wasn't able to pay him, I didn't really see much of a point in saying anything about it back then.
