rick strowd.. the forgotten lone wolf?

i ve had RBFF2 on NEO CD
for a long time now.. but i never seriously
tried out rick until i got the cart
just this week.
man .. hes actually cool..
i dont really like all punch chara
but rick is cool to play..
it almost makes me think...
why wasnt rick put in MotW?
he would fit in there great imo.
