Get some distance and just jump straight up and down, side step a lot, and just move around like a lunatic without attacking. Usually this will trick him into committing to one of his special moves or a jump kick, at which point you can punish him with your favorite combo or special move.

I Knew sooner or later BB would reply to this..Gotta admit when I was playing FFS(when I had it) BB always tore me apart. I was under the impression that BB being big and slow I'd be able to tear him apart...

I've noticed that BB is easier to defeat in Fatal Fury 2 (he's a pain in the ass in FFS).
What has worked for me in the past (while fighting BB in FFS) is to throw him when
he blocks one of your moves. This technique works best with Terry and Andy
Bogard, but it doesn't work too well with Mai and the others.

Yeah Ive always managed to stomp the shit out of Big Bear's ass, by feinting him into doing one of his dropkicks, or wild charges,blocking, then counterpunching him into oblivion, works best with Terry Bogard or Axel.Also stand in front of him and punch it out.
