If you open up the cart casings, the korean version is stuffed with rice and those lampshade hats, the us version is filled with ketchup and non-dairy creamers. Hope that helps!

One says "Made in Korea" on the back, and the other says "Made in Japan" on the back, I believe.

That said, there are good Korean versions, and bad Korean versions. Some of them don't have all the voices, the regular opening, or the original title screen. Others function perfectly and play no different from the normal US version.

He is exactly right. You have to actualy play the Korean version to see wich one of the two you have.
