I have had some issues with paypal giving out the wrong addy info in the past so this could be the reason if you took the details from the paypal funds invoice ? I have re-checked my addy details but it looks fine BUT for some reason they have me as being in france or something (weird, and usually this happens when I'm
using ebay/paypal.)
