Last Blade 2 questions.

Hi!
I have two Last Blade questions:
1- My LB US home cart has red blood. Is it a fake?
2- In LB2 (and MotW, for that matter,) there is an option called "Flash: On/Off" Can anyone tell me what it does?

when you're dying and your energy bar
flashes and all that
when your power meter is full and all them things

when you basically can perform a Dm or a Sdm

then you flash
