Wait a min here. Who cut the box? Whoever cut the box imo is the one responsible. If you opened the package and cut the box open as well then you should be forced to pay for the packaging or a reasonable restocking fee. Either way it looks like you got all your money back including shipping, so i don't see the problem here.

don't forgot we are a Hong Kong seller , we can drew the money with a very bad exchange rate . paypal give 7.71-7.72 we lost around 1 % on this . also don't forget ebay are charge 10 % final values .
when buyer buy from those Japan seller , they are buying and bidded the items to higher price . they will compare the total cost . buyer are not stupid .

If you had read the complete story , you will see , I had try my very best to solve the rpoblem with him , I did keep my problem , I had already fully refund to him for what he had paid me including the shipping . also the cheapest shipping cost that he can ship back to me . that was what we agreed , but he had use a more expensive service that 2 times more then it , that was what I won't pay for it .

The postal cost is not a rumor, it's a fact! I was born and lived in Hong Kong. I personally mailed out each package at Hong Kong post office when I was there. How much is it to ship 1 CD without registered mail? about $12 to $13 HKD (that is $1.5 US). For registered mail, add another $13 HKD (that's another $1.5 US). Since you charge $12 US, is it wrong that I said you rip off $6 to $8 US for each transaction just for shipping alone?
Second of all, I am not spreading rumor to damage your sale or boost my sales. I have no idea how you got that. This is Neo-geo.com feedback forum where people can check on a potential seller or buyer. Your defensive attitude certainly doesn't help. Don't take it personally either, I am just stating facts and warning others of your rip off shipping.
Regarding the KOF 98 Neo Geo CD, you never mentioned on your auction page that you are selling the Japanese version, but you posted a picture of the US version. It's not factory sealed. I don't even think you remember the transaction as it was last year.

You might have some reasons to be a dick to this seller but his grasp of English isn't one of them. You aren't taught English from birth in China and he types a lot more comprehensibly than a lot of the idiots on this forum.
Hopefully my FDS games will arrive safely and as described-- if they are damaged or not new/factory sealed as described I will do everything necessary to get a 100% refund even if it means having the seller in question's eBay store and paypal account closed down. I'm very persistent about these things. So hopefully it won't come to that and the items will be received in proper order.
I will report back here with the result of this transaction.
Hopefully my FDS games will arrive safely and as described-- if they are damaged or not new/factory sealed as described I will do everything necessary to get a 100% refund even if it means having the seller in question's eBay store and paypal account closed down. I can understand being upset that it's not sealed but in such a case I would expect someone to ask for a partial refund, not throw a shit-fit-- the auction is probably made from a template and he copy-pasted most of the material, and forgot to change something. I've seen that a million times. At any rate you should be playing the games anyway and not keeping them sealed up where they're no good to anyone. A game that's never seen the light of day has NO value, the way I see it, til someone puts it in a system and plays it. Also thanks for the enlightening history lesson about Hong Kong and mainland China. Regardless I do not expect perfect grammar and spelling from people in HK. They teach English in a lot of countries, like Russia or Estonia, and my friends from there still have quite imperfect english. So your argument isn't terribly relevant. I don't care how someone writes in English, I care about the product I buy.

I agreed that I had made mistake to use a wrong photo for the kof 98 , but we did clear states that was a Japanese version .( You just mention that we never did )
You did contact us at once when you got the item , and we did say sorry to you we used a wrong photo . we did get a positive feedback after our apologize . ( you just mention you never contact us for this problem )
I will take sometime to find the prove and post it here .
