I have a Sega ST-V Titan Mobo for sale no game included fully working 100%. It has the Japanese bios. Which can easily be swapped out with a U.S. bios or a dual bios if you wish. I don't wanna crap on your thread, but I've seen these go for around $80-90 on EBay with 2-3 games.
