Post removed voluntarily in mutual agreement w/ SirRuizJr.

Well, I have gone back and forth as to if I should post anything or not. However, with a topic regarding SirRuizJr now in the Feedback Section, I guess I will go ahead.

I won't go as far as to call him a scammer but he is a time waster and a liar. He provided no tracking for trade we had (I had him ship first since he was a (4) trader feedback at the time. On the third day (after he claimed that he shipped the trade) he stated that the post office was looking into what happened to the package. I told him that didn't make any sense that the post office would already be looking into a Priority Mail package on the third day.

He stated that he would send out another package like it was no big deal. (this is a PSP and $50). He stated he would ship Express Mail and claimed the following day that he had done so. I had to ask for a tracking number and he finally sent me a DC# that showed nothing. He didn't have a tracking number for the Express Mail Package. After several more days, I called off the deal. I then got the below PM from him.

I was deeply embarassed because I had postal inspectors on my tail regarding some shippings I have sent due to an incident I had in Wyoming so they had to consicate the items I have sent out last few days that crippled my deals with others but they are finally straightened out and I got my packages back.. however.. I saw your recent threads that you already sold them

I am still interested in Puzzle game, though. Can we continue with some trade? I have done some trades with others already.

I apologize for any inconviences caused by it.. I am willing to send you a good game for the inconvienence.

He ended up wasting over ten days of my time. I have PMs to support all of this and it was clear that he lied throughout the deal. I am just glad that I didn't ship my items out to him. I would use caution when/if dealing with him.

we did some deals in past it went OK but as for other people here i don't know i don't have a clue at all as we re not brothers or whatever...

we live like about 30 mins away from each other but usually 45 mins to an hr cuz of heavy traffic on 99 sheesh !!! but i have a family and other things to do etc so i cant dedicate all my time to YOU ! ... i am a very busy person ! have many things i need to do and finish around the house etc ... have to get it ready for my mother in law to sell it ... as she's disabled .. plus since i have one kid that demands a lot of attention so have been trying to catch up with my kid ... etc etc...and i don't need to see him on a weekly basis once in a while is COOL ENUFF for me !

but yes that ebay is my own ebay username sure i have used my other ebay username to sell some stuff for him in the PAST.

anyways i am sick of the DRAMA Here . so hopefully u guys work it out ...

I have dealt with SirRuizJr once (bought an AES from him). The shipment is a bit slow but I got the item.

I had a friend sell a candy cab for me about a month back (long story). Ruiz came through and bought it quickstyle. I've never met him, but he seems like a cool enough dude from what I was told. Hope you straighten out these shipments man.

I dont think hes a scammer but i've never actually done a transaction with him. Hes pm'd me a few times asking questions about carts, it seems hes only interested in certain good condition english label mvs carts. Hes always been pretty decent in the communications i've had with him, but thats just my experience.

yeah deff not a scammer....i just got my turbo cd today....shitty post office lady was getting ready to drive off...didnt even want to put the slip saying i got a package in the mail....luckily she saw me as she was driving off and stopped

I had a good transaction with him.

We have been dealing with the games for a long time. Besides, we grew up since we were kids and attended same school and shit.

EDITED: I removed some of my comments regarding dojosky as we settled our differences.

I don't know the specific circumstances here, but there's nothing wrong with asking someone like Epicenter, a complete noob with almost no feedback and basically zero posts, to send first. I'd do the same. Sending first is a well-established practice here for new sellers - it's not scamming. Not going to get involved in the dojosky-related drama, but it's a useful point to make. If you want to be part of a selling-buying-tradiing community, get used to sending first a bit in order to establish your rep.

I'll take this into consideration. My thread is meant only as a warning to exercise caution in dealings with a seller who seemed to be exhibiting suspicious behavior. Waiting on him to send payment for the items and then I will ship them out, and report on how the transaction went.

There is no "thinking" that you wasted my time, you did. Over a ten day period, you never supplied a working DC# number for the trade. You then stated you would ship again via Express mail and didn't supply an Express Mail tracking number.


You then (after ten days) sent me the above PM that I posted stating that you had Postal Inspectors on your tail for a previous transaction and that they had taken some of your packages. Whether that is true or not, that doesn't really make you an ideal person to deal with.


I remained polite with you the entire time and told you that if you would just be honest about the situation, we could work something out. I finally called off the deal and took a loss. I passed on other offers while the items were on hold for you and that is the point you are missing.

I don't think you are a scammer. I think you are a person that wants things and doesn't always have the means to buy them. At times this will cause you to delay deals with people while they hold items for you. This type of person is called a time waster.

This is a feedback forum. It is used for people to read up on members and make a decision as to whether they want to deal with someone or not. You have had good transactions with other members but with me, you wasted my time and lied about it.

I don't want an item from you. What you needed to do, is admit that you wasted my time, apologize for doing so and then move on.

Providing a tracking number was part of our deal. You never sent me a tracking number until 6-16-07, when you sent me a non working DC# instead of an Express Mail tracking number. (That DC# still doesn't work today)

Gameoz, the first deal went sour, I know, however, I sent you a PM that I apologized and wanted to buy Puzzle game on a seperate deal as a chance that I could have shown you that I am not wasting any more time. You simply didn't respond.

I take it that you don't give people 2nd chances to correct themselves?

Pablo, I do deals with you for last few years already and most of the deals went pretty good and you complained several times about dojosky that he stalled time and asked me to do favors and stuff because I get them done much quicker than dojosky. Remember what you have told me?

Secondly, I always give you good deals and you usually change your minds very often and cancel deals. on the most recent, I offered you $$ for the SS V and you denied it then you wanted one of my cabs, I tried to work with you on that till the end you changed minds?

Sounds like another time waster here. You know, I'd rather people be an all out scammer that never contacted you then this bullshit. Here Ruiz is leading people on with false information and claims. This kind of behavior is sickening and he has the gaul to ask for a second chance like it's no biggie.

Are you serious?

Your second chance was when you stated you would mail everything via Express Mail since the first shipment didn't happen. You then sent me a DC# (that even today still doesn't work) instead of an Express Mail tracking number.

You were actually asking for a third chance and at that point I decided you had wasted enough of my time and moved on.

Again, I never said you were a scammer. Regarding our transaction, you were a time waster and you lied about mailing packages that were never mailed.

All you needed to say was, is that you were sorry for wasting my time and lying about shipping packages that you never sent. This is my only issue with you. As for a the other things in this thread, I have no idea what's going on.
