i have KOF 99/evo and MOTW. im trying to get back a copy of KOF 99/98 DM that i traded in awhile back becuz im trying to collect all the snk games that were ported onto the DC. should i get last blade? i have zero knowledge about this fighting game series. can anyone give me some feedback in your own words about last blade and so should i get it?
is last blade on DC worth it?

I prefer the AES version. But if you are on a budget, I'd say get the import japanese version. Blood and hanafuda.
Get the PSX version of LB1 while you're at it. Good intro, and the ability to play as the real Soujiro Sanada (as opposed to his sister).

Go for it. Get the import if you can. Personally I prefer the MVS version I have, but the art gellery (on the first release of LB2 anyway, not sure about LB 2: Final Ed.) was worth the $20 I paid for it.
Then I spent $55 on a REAL version with no dropped frames and no loading. EXCELLENT!

Personally, I didn't enjoy the game all too much. It just seems too haphazard when compared to the strategy of KOF.
But if you're going for a full collection, why are you asking about the quality of the game? If you just want to have them all, it shouldn't matter.

I have The Last Blade 2 on cart and I have to say it is one of the damn finest weapons-fighting games out there IMO. Samuri Showdown and it run neck and neck in my book. I hear the DC versions of these Neo classics are enhanced graphically as well, and if that is the case you should be in for a real treat.
