They sell the 8-liner monitors you see all over ebay. I have my own story that started 25 days ago, but would prefer to wait to share it until after I recieve a tracking number. Maybe my transaction is an isolated incident...

My question is, has anyone here delt with them and how was the transaction?

I swear the frustration just keeps mounting with this company...Just for the record, this 19" monitor was paid for on May 25, I just got off the phone with them and it hasn't even been shipped yet...WTF??? It's going out today...Was told I'll have a phone call with a tracking # tomorrow.

Anyway, draw your own conclusions...

My monitor FINALLY got shipped out yesterday (finally got a tracking # today and verified it). I've been getting the run around from this company for a month since I bought this from them. They really don't seem to be in a hurry to ship out purchases, so if anyone decides to deal with them, I hope you have the patience of a saint. It finally took a threat of a paypal dispute to finally get it shipped.

And for the record, I wasn't bombarding them with emails. Just the few to discuss shipping and type of monitor case initially after purchase followed by 2 last week asking for a tracking number and 2 this week followed by 4 phone calls to the Florida office. I am a patient person and know UPS can take a while to deliver heavy items. Waiting a month to ship out an item is just unacceptable.

Make sure to neg them on the bay...

I hate it when people don't neg out fear of reprisal feedback....

If you have a bad experience, just let everybody know...

Well, now you can give them positive feedback and 0 stars on shipping.

That way you can avoid the neg feedback and still ding 'em. ;)

That's what I ended up doing. The monitor was new and the picture is nice and sharp so I didn't want to neg them on the feedback. Just bad shipping and communication.
