Hey guys. I'm not sure how many other people have this cabinet, but mine just came in the mail. One thing I noticed right away, is the game board inside is actually SF2HF instead of CE. Now heres the thing, thats ok and all, but what threw me off was the fact that the game speed, is the exact same as CE! The colors are different, of the costumes, but the actual speed is exactly the same as CE. Anyone else have this problem? I know one of the roms can be switched to change the character selection colors, but not the actual colors. (To give you an example, if you fire up the latest mame with sf2t and watch the demo, the speed the characters fight with during the demo is how the actual gameplay speed is on my machine. If you actually start to play in mame however, it gets faster and I am aware that mames speed is not accurate for this game or SSF2T. Just giving you an idea of the speed)

Thanks in advance!

Edit- Cool side note tho, the sticker on it says "Produced by Dynamo Corp" and underneath that it says "Capcom Street Fighter 3" :tickled:

this has the power supply diagram (you should also have one on your psu), but as cheap as an arcade PSU is, I'd just buy one and save the hassel of using an AT (easier then ATX - as it a has built in switch) or ATX. As far as the wood goes, wood filler works good depending on the size of the piece missing or you can trim it out and fit a new piece of wood in. Don't use contact paper, use vinyl. Look online, a couple of places sell it. Contact paper dosen't look right, you'll find it gives your cab a cheap look in most instances.

Thanks, I did already see that though, and the only reason I didnt go through with it is because they're hooking it up to a regular TV, not an arcade monitor, unless I'm missing something they only hooked up the PSU to the game board, whereas my cabinet would be hooked up to the gameboard, monitor, speakers, the works. I don't want to risk a trial and error thing you know, I want to get it right the first time, especially with a dedicated cab. :(

Edit- I think I'm going to break up this post into sperate posts, only because I have a lot of questions in here that arent really isolated to sf2ce, incase someone else has a similar question.

Edit 2- about thye contact paper... the only reason I thought to get contact paper was because I thought that was what it originally came with, if it originally came with vinyl then absolutely, ill get the vinyl. Of course, I don't know the difference between the two atm.
