www.klov.com sometimes has manuals listed at the bottom of a specific games page.
They are all hosted on www.arcadedocs.com which is "down", but still has all their files. It sucks because you can't access their index

There isn't one. Hyper Fighting is an eprom upgrade kit for Championship Edition. Refer to the C.E. manual if you have Q's:
