Played around with the flash0 folder, accidentally deleted it and forgot to restore it from my backup.

$110 shipped.

Not to be mean to ray here but you do realise his psp is DEAD. I'm not sure if there is any public methods to recover a bricked unit (unless the modchips work).

New motherboards can be had on eBay for around $50. Pop a new one in and the system is as good as new. I'd buy this PSP if I had the $.

Just install a modchip and the system is as good as new. There's plenty of ways of making a psp work again, PSP is one of the few systems with huge support in terms of hardware parts. You can actually build a PSP with all the parts available for sale these days!

^^System will require a motherboard, or a modchip in order to function. A modchip will require some electronics experience, so keep that in mind.

Not to shit all over this thread but does this make sense to anyone at all?

Broke psp for $100 + mobo for $50 = $150
Psp's can be had for much cheaper working and nearly new........

I heard the white models had more problems than the black. I prefer black myself. I sold my PSP (laucnh version) for 160

Is it full-on bricked or semi?

If you have OE installed, you should have no problem bringing it back to life via RECOVERY.

Fully bricked.

I played around trying to install the custom xmb, and forgot to restore the flash0 folder from my backup. So now there's no flash0 folder which means it won't even start at all.
