So I recently got an UMK3 in an original dedicated cab. Its got the small mk3 side art, about 31x17 with Sindel and Shao Kahn. Does anyone know if there's a way to get a sticker of the full size pic? I'd love to have a set of side art that covers the whole side of the cab. Anyone have any info?

I dont believe there is, but if you find one please let me know!! I'd love to stock up on full size artwork because (as I'm sure you can tell), its really rare.

Well i hate to burst your bubble but if it only has the small sticker side art it isn't a dedicated UMK3/MK3 Machine.... The dedicated UMK3/MK3 machine has painted on side art the full length of the machine, you may a dedicated MK machine, but i would hope no one scraped of the side art if it was a UMK3/MK3 machine. Most UMK3/MK3 machines use the MK2 dedicated machine because the MK3 series is hard to find.

So it was painted on, eh? Interesting. Then more than likely I have an MK2 cab. Guess I'll just have to order the mid-size sticker. Too bad somebody couldn't make a giant sticker though. Might be too cost inhibitive, but would definitely be badass.

yeah, could be a MK2 cab.. As far as the UMK3 sticker side art goes, you can contact this guy at www.videoconnect.com or mamearcade.com or something like that, be careful putting the sticker on as it is the full length of the cab and is hard to put on right...good luck.

You may be able to find a sticker somewhere on the cabinet (check inside and on the back) that identifies if it was an MK2 originally. Also, the sideart isn't actually painted on. It's actually vinyl. If you're interested and it turns out to be an MK2 cabinet, you may be able to remove the paint and uncover the original art. Check out what this guy did for his MK2 cabinet. Good luck!

Hot damn! I have the same setup with my CvS cabinet, its originally an MKII converted to CvS. I just tried the rubbing alcohol thing and that paint sure came off quick!I left it on though, even if the artwork is nice I put way too many holes in this thing to make it pretty again. I'll just buy a new one. :(
