is the blood controlled in the dip settings?
do certain countries have no blood on the MVS?

There's no blood in LB2 in any country setting...unless you perform one of the fatalities, in which there is blood in the Japanese and US versions.

The Dreamcast version added white blood...which was remarkably stupid, seeing as how there was no blood to begin with.

My mistake, there is blood in the Japanese version and not the US...which is strange considering I have the US version in my garage...you'd think I know that.

Wait Blaine, I think there is Blood in the US version controlled in the Dips... I have a Euro board and I have a setting for Blood... Do you not have this? I wonder how different the Euro and US boards are sometimes,

i will let you know just bought mine from treiu from ebay and i will let you know how you change the blood color on it if possible.

just got my us version and it seems that you cannot change the blood color and the blood color seems to be red.

I have last blade 2 on mvs and it has red blood once you go into the dip settings and then soft dip settings as you can put the violence in
