Arcade Repair in Houston, TX

Does anyone know who does arcade repairs in Houston? I have a Neo Candy that needs to be looked at.

I can shoot you over a pic, it seems to be too red. At first it was bright and I truned down the brightness and adjusted the color but no luck. I looked at some old posts and I think its the Jamma harness and I need someone to rewire it hopefully its not the monitor.
