If your TV has a Scart socket, just buy a Scart-RGB cable and you'll display the Neo on your TV the best way possible ;)

If your TV doesn't accept RGB-Scart, then you are fucked. I believe you'll get black and white pictures then; that's what I got. Then I bought a Sony 21". I believe that most Jap tv's are safe. (except some Panasonics).

Simple test for UK TV's. Consult your TV manual on the page about its tech specs.

Does it say it's multi-standard? I.E. shows both PAL and NTSC signals (the key word being NTSC)?

If so you're ok as long as you use a RGB-Scart lead with the AES. However, this will not come with the AES. You'll need to buy it seperately.

If your TV is less than ten years old and made by the likes of Sony or Panasonic you'll be OK as their TV'S are multi-standard. Shite like Matsui are not.

This is the only time I'll ever recommend using either of these stores but both Telegames and Ravengames sell RGB-Scart leads for the AES for about £15.

videogameimports.com usually have some pretty sweet stereo modded rgb leads that plug in the headphone socket.
Best uk importer by miles btw

And if your tv doesnt support ntsc 60hz, buy a new one NOW or else youll be playing 2d fighters on a pal machne at 50hz *shudder*
