Where to buy progamed roms

I have an Asteroids Deluxe cab (for sale if anyone is interested). It has the orignal version 1 roms on the board. I found that there are version 2 roms witch include a dificulty setting in them. I found the rom images but I need to find someone with six 2716 roms sitting arround that can program them for me as I dont have blank roms or a programmer. Anyone know of somewere/someone who can do this for me?
