He is extremely busy with family matter. I have not heard from him for more than 2 months.

I have dealt with Dean many times and if you had a deal with him, he will take care of you. Other than leaving feedback for people :tickled: , D-Lite is a fantastic guy to deal with.

He many not have received your e-mail and if it has been ten months, it may have been something he missed. I am sure it will work out for you.
