WTB: Defective MVS carts...

Non working Riding Hero
I have a defective Riding Hero MVS cart.(original boards)..Having another Riding Hero that works I determined that only one of the boards is problematic...Not sure which one but I think I marked it..
There is nothing on the board that looks bad..
There's an old thread in tech about it somewhere..

I'd sell it for something like $18.00 shipped...($10.00 cart-$8.00 ship priority mail with DC)
I'll be honest,..It does me no good to pack it up and ship it for anything less....
The only other carts that I have that are defective are boots.
