Hyper NG64 Rev2 question

I recently got a HNG64 rev2 board which came with a manual from japan. Unfortunatly I cant read it. I had no problem figuring out the MVS/JAMMA switches as they are labled nicely on the bottom of the board...but what is the little block of 4 switches for? I tried searching here to no avail (maybe Im just not searching for the right info) but any help would be great....It seems to work great and play my games without messing with them but I am a curious person and just want to know

They are useless, don't bother with them.

If you post a high res photo of the page in the manual that describes the functions of those switches, maybe we can sort it out for you.
