Anyone play those? They came out early in the handheld's life.
The Ghost Rider thread reminded me of some screens I saw in EGM, and I thought they looked great.

I can't remember the exact titles but I'll do some research when I'm not sleepy.

got the xmen one, something apocolypse i think, i'll have to dig it out been ages since i played it. Wasn't to bad, just an average side scrolling beat'em up.

Well here's the review for the Spiderman game: http://www.gamespot.com/gba/action/spidermanmysteriosmenace/review.html

I watched the gameplay video and don't like the graphical style; would have preferred it if some good old hand drawn sprites were used instead of the pre-rendered stuff.

And here's the review for X-Men: Reign of Apocalypse: http://www.gamespot.com/gba/action/xmenreignofapocalypse/review.html

The gameplay footage is definitely reminiscient of the arcade game, bright colors and some of the levels too, like that jungle one. And the animation looks great, I'm really surprised to see such quality from a game released near the GBA's launch! I always wanted to try this one out but the reviews kept me from doing so...

Man, it is so hard to believe it's been almost 6 years since the GBA came out.
Six years, geez...
