Hyper Neo Geo - Problems With Picture

i'm having some problems with the picture in the hyper neo geo cab. The colors are off and there is no way to adjust it. All the adjusting does is make the color darker but it doesn't fix the problem.

On a black screen, it's all green. Yellows show up as red. The problem arised not to long ago. IT just happened.

I tried to call a repair man and they all want the model number for this as well but i don't know what it is.

So my question is - do you know what's wrong with it? Where can i go to get something fixed like this? What is the model of the hyper neo candy cab?

i'm begging you, please help me. I want to play!

Sounds like you're not getting one of the colors, try reseating the jamma harness.

how do i do that? where is the reset button?

i knew it was something with that and not the tv.

edit - oh yeah i reseated it misread it. that doesn't help it at all.

Have you tried another board and it works fine? If thats the case then you might want to check if you're even getting the signals off the board with a multimeter.

ok so i put it into my other cabinet (i'm stupid i didn't figure to try that first) and it turns out it's the same error with no color. I am so happy right now that i do not have to replace monitors!
